Arbor - Parent Portal/App
Arbor is our school MIS system which includes an online payment system that we use to let parents make secure online payments by credit and debit card. As a parent / carer you are able to use the Arbor Parent Portal/App to credit your child’s cashless catering account to enable them to pay in school for food in the canteen, you can also pay online for resources including revision books, activities, trips, music lessons and any specialist clubs that have a charge.
Parents also have access to a free App for Apple and Android smartphones which let you
- see all messages and alerts from the school e.g. school closure and attendance queries
- make payments
- update your child's and your details e.g. address, contact details
What is the Parent Portal?
The Parent Portal is our version of Arbor accessible to guardians on a laptop or computer.
What is the Arbor App?
The Arbor App is the mobile version of our Parent Portal, for use on mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets.
To have access to the Parent Portal\Arbor App the school needs to have a record of your mobile phone number AND email address which is then linked to your child’s records in school.
