Notice to candidates
The Joint Council for Qualifications publishes Notices to Candidates on their website http://www.jcq.org.uk/exams-office/information-for-candidates-documents including important guidance on written exams, privacy and social media.
GCSE and Vocational exam certificates will arrive into the Academy at the end of October 2024/beginning of November 2024, letters will be sent out to year 11 students letting them know that they can collect them from the Academy Reception.
Key Stage 3 Assessment
Parents/carers will receive assessment data twice during the academic year. This will include progress data from the core curriculum, attitude to learning information and improvement targets.
The progress data will indicate if a student is working above, at or below the level that we expect at a particular time. We base our expectations on Key Stage 2 data and what we know about the pupil.
